All websites created by Veratex Digital remain our intellectual property if they are hosted by us or otherwise agreed upon.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veratex Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in question.
